Disabled or Suspended Account

An account can be suspended and disabled if one of the following situations occurs:

1. Non-payment. If an account has been unpaid for over 45 days a suspension notice will be sent to the contact emails listed on the account. If payment or payment arrangements is not made within 24 to 48 hours after the suspension notice is sent, the account will be disabled and reactivation will not occur until payment is received.

To have your account reactivated immediately you will need to pay the full balance due.

2. An account can be shut down without notice if we determine that any one of the following situations occur:

a. Spam or any instance of unsolicited email. If spam is being generated from or on behalf of a website (ie. if it advertises a website that is hosted with us) we will disable the account until the situation is corrected. If we feel it is appropriate we may ask the account holder to find another host.

b. Inappropriate content. Please read the Content area in our Terms of Service.

c. A website can be shut down without notification if the bandwidth usage or CPU usage suddenly increases and becomes a burden on the server. If this happens we will email you immediately to inform you as to why the account was disabled and give you any necessary information as well as providing further options.

If you need additional information or assistance with regard to a suspended account please contact support at the Help Desk.
