It's extremely important to check the spelling and accuracy of all new domain name registrations carefully, and be sure you definitely want the domain name you typed before submitting the order.
Web hosting account fees are non-refundable on monthly accounts. However, if you believe you have an isolated case and your account is paid yearly, please post at the Help Desk and explain your situation. |
