This article will explain the necessary steps to update your profile and contact information which tells us where to email your newletters, account invoices and other information and how to reach you by telephone if needed. It is necessary for you to keep this information up to date at all times so that we can contact you about your account when necessary. 1. Log in to your Control Panel account. 2. Click on the "Account Mangement" image. 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Edit Personal Information" link. 4. Enter any information in the fields that needs to be updated. If the billing contact information is exactly the same as the owner information, then click the "Billing is the same as Owner" box so it is checked. If the billing information is different, make sure the box is uncheck then enter or edit the correct billing contact details in the boxes. 5. Click the Submit button. You have updated your contact information. |
